SHIPPING
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories and also Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
Standard USPS shipping (5 to 7 business day transit). Shipping is $5.95 and free for all orders of $75 or more. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed.
Expedited shipping
We offer 2-day and overnight shipping for an additional charge (added at check-out). Please note: orders must be received by 2:00 pm EST Monday to Friday to ship the same day. Orders received after that time will ship the next business day.
$28.50 for 2-day shipping
$45.00 for overnight shipping
Canada
All shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid – with duties calculated and collected at checkout, so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.
Taxes
US and Canada: Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns on items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached. To return an item follow the directions below:

When using the same outside packaging, please cover any existing barcodes or addresses.

The reason for the return or exchange
For exchanges, the item you want instead:
Item number, size, color, quantity and price
Please email customerservice@livyandlana.com with your order number to initiate a return. We can then email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with the required the necessary return commercial invoice.
Late Returns
Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a the return label fee if applicable. Any duties paid for orders shipped to Canada will not be refunded.
